What Ms. D thinks:
I purchased this product because I was in dire need of a deep conditioner and was on a budget. This caught my eyes because of the packaging, ingredients and price(of course). I thought it would be moisturizing, but unfortunately, it wasn't. For some reason, my hair did not feel soft after washing this out. It felt as if I just shampooed it alone. There wasn't much slip when applying either.
I also used this as a leave-in conditioner, per the directions, and it didn't do much for my hair either. It felt like it was coating my strands opposed to actually moisturizing it. It does smell really nice though, but not good enough for me to repurchase. I haven't finished the jar and purchased a different Deep Conditioner to use going forward.
Cost:
I paid $6.00 for 12oz at Stop & Shop and it was on sale. The price ranges from $6.99-8.99 at other retailers(Walmart, Ulta, Etc)
Would I repurchase:
No
Hey - I'm on the hunt for a good deep conditioner too. What did you end up buying after this?
ReplyDeleteHi! I ended up purchasing the Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Mask. It was my staple DC in the past and was finally on sale, so I bought it.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
